It was a last minute thing to talk about custom theme development at Barcamp Tampa 2010 this year. The night before I had started on my slides, unsure of what to speak about. Obviously, I was going to speak about the WordPress themeing process, but I didn’t know how. Or where to start.
I was nervous, but I felt like I needed to give back to the WordPress and tech community, since after all, Barcamp is free to attend with free food and free beer!
